Besides the awesome message this video brings, please pay attention to their running form, perfect mechanics, light and natural running style. It's not different than how we should run.

Note :

* Head - neutral and relaxed
* Upper body position - Slightly leaned forward. Pelvis underneath body no "butt out or in" here
* Arm movement - short and in tune with legs
* Foot landing - Mid foot !!!!!!!
* Short stride - Efficient, great elasticity, TAPING THE GROUND !!!!
* Stride rate of 94 +
* FAST !!!

Running requires a lot of skills, almost like swimming, BUT IT'S POSSIBLE TO IMPROVE AT ANY AGE!!! All we need to do is to focus on : Posture, core, mobility, elasticity, strength and speed !!
